Shipping and Returns

TLDR: We don’t accept returns or issue refunds unless a) we goofed or b) we are able to cancel your order before it ships. We must be notified of any errors within 30 days of your purchase date.

We do our best to make sure that everything goes out perfectly, but we are just a coupla humans and humans sometimes goof.  If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us right away so that we can make it right.  We ask that you inspect your package when you get it and notify us within 30 days from the date of your purchase if there are any problems by emailing contact@HelleboreBeautHQ.com. We may require photos and/or returns of products for documentation and inspection.

Shipping

We use Sendle and USPS for shipping at this time.  If you do not get your tracking number, please let us know so that we can provide that information for you. 

All orders will leave within 3 business days of placing your order.  Sendle and USPS times may vary around holidays, so keep an eye on your tracking number. Contact us directly to see what your arrival date may be. We may utilize other shipping methods if their shipping prices are more economical.

Orders cannot be canceled once the order has been shipped.

Please check your shipping address when you place your order. If you provide an incorrect address when you place your order and the product doesn’t arrive to you, we will not replace it.

Refunds and Returns

Since these products are personal products we do not allow returns on any items (I mean, who wants to get used soap in the mail, amirite?).   We handle all complaints in a fair manner.  If a product is returned without a return authorization email from us at Hellebore Beauty, it is done so at your own will and a refund will not be provided.

We do not offer refunds on any orders or items unless an order has been successfully canceled before it would have shipped. A 10% restocking fee may be applied.  If an item is lost in shipping, we will file a claim with our shipping company, unless they require the customer to do so.  Orders cannot be changed once placed.

We work hard to make sure we have great products, but that doesn’t mean that you will like every single product we have to offer, and that is totally okay! When ordering online, please take this into consideration.   If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re truly sorry.
